We are the training and industry development vertical of DIRAVEX — a space created for aspiring filmmakers, and content creators who have the fire but not yet the pathway. We don't teach craft. We build confidence, clarity, and community.

Our founder Uma Vijaykumar brings to Directrix Lab a rare combination — a Ph.D. in Psychology, years in human relations, and the lived experience of building a production company from the ground up. She understands what it takes, and more importantly, what it feels like to be a dreamer without a roadmap.

We want every deserving dreamer to get a chance to tell their story. Directrix Lab is where that journey begins.
