She came from the discipline of public service. He came from the electric chaos of live sport.

She spent over a decade as a sought-after software recruiter, placing toptier engineers with corporations including Cisco, Thales, and Motorola. Her ability to read people and match talent with opportunity became her professional signature. He, meanwhile, found himself in one of storytelling’s most demanding proving grounds, professional sports. As a franchise leader for the Telugu Titans, he wasn’t just managing logistics. He was building narratives, player identities, fan relationships, season arcs, stories that live and die in real time

In 2009, her instinct led her into market research and opinion polling. Telugu media affectionately called her Naadeemani, the one who knows the pulse of the nation. His path took him through IPL operations, Reliance Foundation, and Star Sports, always finding the human thread inside the spectacle.

Through every chapter, something quieter persisted in both of them. For her, a childhood passion for filmmaking, never loud enough to interrupt, never quiet enough to ignore. For him, it was never a distant dream, cinema ran in his blood, a legacy quietly passed down by his father, that found its voice in lyrics, three Telugu books, a co-written novel, and finally a feature film he wrote and directed himself.

In 2023, they both stopped deferring it. Together they founded DIRAVEX Private Limited, building not just a production house, but a convergence of a woman who learned to read nations and a man who learned to move them.
